What is your return policy?

Orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags attached. Please email tatumtotshelp@gmail.com with your Order Number and return request and we will provide a return label. 

We do not do exchanges. 

We do not allow returns on: 

Any item labeled Final Sale

Any sale item over 30% off

Any item from the Gift category

If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please allow us up to 48 hours to respond to inquiries as we are a small business with a family. 

What is your shipping policy? 

We strive to ship out all orders within 1-3 business days. 

Please refer to the item description - all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated in the description. By clicking purchase you are agreeing to the timeline in the item description. WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS or issue refunds. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost for re-shipping. 

If your tracking number says "Attempted Delivery, Item Being Held While Addressee is Contacted", that means it is being held by the post office until you contact them.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages by any mail carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier to resolve any lost or stolen items.
